All seasons of the year are nice . . .

for eating CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE. This is one of my favorite preschool traditions! This book of months, by Maurice Sendak (most known for Where the Wild Things Are) is a classic. Scroll down for my secret recipe;)





Easy Chicken Soup with Rice

4 c. chicken broth (you can use boullion)
1 c. cooked rice (or 3/4 c. minute rice)
1 c. cooked chicken
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery stalk, sliced

Warm through and serve with crackers or bread.


Easiest Chicken Soup with Rice (!)

1 can Campbell's Chicken Soup with Rice
1 can water

Warm through and serve with crackers or bread.
(even preschool teachers can share their magic!)
